So, the last several days, I’ve been so concentrated on packing and preparing for the move, that I’ve totally neglected myself and not gone out anywhere for a couple of weeks now.

It’s like they say, if you’re in one place shut in for too long you get some sense of cabin fever.  I am kind of going stir crazy in this place for this amount of time.

Me and the girls usually get together once a week, but last week we didn’t because we didn’t have the chance to.  So, I’ve been here, in my apartment, for a long while and I’m feeling the repercussions of it now.

It doesn’t help that I’ve had an aching back for the last 1 -2 weeks. I don’t truly believe that it has anything to do with the move though. I don’t think I lifted anything heavy, as I sit and ponder about it now.

I hope to get out soon because I have several things I need to purchase for the trip, and for the baby, and if I don’t go out and get them, I’ll just flip!

In this state (WA) we’ve waited so long for the sun to come out, and the weather to warm up, that it’d be a shame if I stayed locked in the apartment during the Spring & Summer.  But, honestly, lately it’s been rainy and gloomy here, a vast change from what usually goes on around here (NOT!).

I can honestly say, I look forward to finishing up everything here, and moving out of state, to start over somewhere fresh. A new place, with a vast difference in climate.

Instead of living far in North-West America, I will be moving to the Mid-East America.  The climate is bound to be different and things should look very different there.  I will look forward to Fall to see how the season change looks over in that region.

Either way, I grew up in New Jersey and I am used to the rain, but not so used to the constant gloom in the North-West, for 9-10 months out of the year. I really am excited about this move, and more than anything, I’m happy my family will have a chance to come together again.
